The project is aimed at enhancing land record systems in the province and is managed by the Project Management Unit (PMU) under the Board of Revenue. The Board of Revenue Punjab is inviting applications for the following positions:
- GIS Manager – 07 Positions
- Quality Assurance Analyst – 03 Positions
- GIS Analyst – 10 Positions
- Surveyor – 59 Positions
These positions are crucial to the PULSE project, and the candidates selected will play a vital role in improving land record systems across Punjab. The Board of Revenue is looking for professionals who are not only qualified but also have practical experience in their respective fields.
Eligibility Criteria and Job Description

- GIS Manager:
- Qualification: A degree in GIS, Geomatics, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on GIS systems and land record management.
- Responsibilities: Oversee the GIS team, develop strategies for the implementation of GIS tools in land record systems, and ensure smooth integration of GIS technologies into the existing system.
- Quality Assurance Analyst:
- Qualification: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software quality assurance, testing, and ensuring the functionality of land record management software.
- Responsibilities: Ensure the quality and accuracy of the software and systems, conduct tests, and troubleshoot issues to maintain the reliability of the software used for land records.
- GIS Analyst:
- Qualification: A degree in GIS, Geomatics, or Geography.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in GIS applications and mapping.
- Responsibilities: Assist in the mapping of land records, analysis of spatial data, and help the GIS Manager in implementing GIS-related tasks.
- Surveyor:
- Qualification: A degree or diploma in surveying, civil engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in land surveying, mapping, and working with land records.
- Responsibilities: Conduct land surveys, collect data for land record systems, and support the GIS team in the creation and maintenance of land records.
